‘Green Drinks’ is part of the social side of Transition Rye – we want the work we’re doing to be fun! So on the 15th of every month (no matter what day of the week) we meet from 7:30pm-10:30pm. In good weather in the summer we’ll be at Rye Community Garden around the fire pit, and in the winter or if the weather is wet, we’re at The Queen’s Head Inn in Rye. If it’s busy, say on a Friday or Saturday evening, you might find us through in the back room, but we always put some signs up to let new people know where we are.
We always publicise Green Drinks through the events section of our Facebook page, so if you’re coming then let us know by adding yourself to the facebook event – then share it with your friends! We also put it out on our Twitter feed, so please retweet if you can!
There’s usually 10-15 of us, different people every time, with varied interests, lively conversation and always good beer! Look forward to seeing you there!
